The Season Pass is for one personal seat per dinner. It includes six reservations total, one for each event. It cannot be used as multiple seats at a single dinner.

Lock in your seat for every evening of the season. Season pass holders receive a wine locker, priority seating, and access to our most special request line. Available for purchase online.

  • 6 courses, 6 wines, and a good time. Dinner starts at 6pm and lasts until around 9pm.

    Family-style service. Food pairings arrive on shared platters, one per table of six. Each course begins with a presentation on the wine — its provenance, producer, and why it belongs on this table. Chef Gregory then introduces the dish and the pairing logic behind it.

  • We seek out excellent wine at reasonable prices — the goal is education and pleasure, not performance. Every selection is chosen because it earns its place on the table, not because of its label or price tag.

  • All wine is for sale the night of the event for 25% above wholesale price. We have 4-6 of each wine for sale at the end of the event. Once that’s sold, we’re happy to order more for you. The wine is usually delivered to the pub the next day.

  • We offer wine lockers to our participants who buy at least 6 bottles of wine (and wish to leave some on premise to enjoy in the future) or purchase a season pass. You can access your locker any time you wish during our open hours with assistance from our staff. Locker holders will be given a numbered Darkhorse token that corresponds to the locker. You must present the token to the staff member to access the locker.

  • Mark your calendars, Wine Club is set and ready for next season. The theme in 2026/27 is popular food both historic and modern-day in the 7 Celtic nations — Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Isle of Man, Cornwall, Brittany, Galicia with wines to match. We will start in the fall as follows: 9/3, 10/1, 11/5, 3/4, 4/1, and 5/6. All schedule changes are communicated well in advance on our website and through our email list.

More than 4 weeks before the event: Full refund available.

Within 4 to 2 weeks before the event: You’ll receive a refund in the form of an e-gift card redeemable at The Celtic Cowboy.

Within 2 weeks of the event (including the event week): No refunds or credits are available.
